We apply Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). This document explains, in plain terms, what we do with your data.
This site sets no cookies and doesn't measure your visit. We only collect the information you send us voluntarily by email or via WhatsApp. We never sell, rent or pass on your data to anyone.

What data we process
Simply browsing the site requires no data from you. We only process the data you send us on your own initiative:

On what legal basis
- Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) when you write to us unprompted.
- Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) when we draw up a quote or deliver a service.
- Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), particularly accounting and tax obligations.
- Our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in site security and in keeping a record of our exchanges.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that go no further: up to three years after the last contact.
- Client files: for the duration of the contractual relationship, then in line with statutory limitation periods and the accounting obligations applicable in Spain.
- Server technical logs: a few months at most, for security purposes.
Who can access it
Your data is accessible to Florine and Cristhian only. It may be shared with third parties in the following cases alone:
- The administrations and professionals essential to handling your file (town hall, police, bank, notary, sworn translator, trades), at your request and strictly to the extent necessary.
- Our technical providers: our hosting provider and our email provider.
- Public authorities where the law requires it.
We never sell, rent or pass on your data for commercial or advertising purposes.
The particular case of WhatsApp
If you choose to write to us via WhatsApp, your messages travel through the servers of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, a Meta group company, and are subject to that service's terms and privacy policy, which may involve transfers outside the European Union governed by the mechanisms provided in Chapter V of the GDPR. We have no control over that processing.
If you'd rather avoid that channel, simply write to us by email: we treat both with equal care.
No advertising transfers, no tracking
This site uses no analytics tool, no advertising pixel, no embedded social media button and no typeface loaded from a third-party server. The typefaces are hosted on our own server. Your visit therefore generates no transmission of data to any third party.
Your rights
You have, at any time, the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing already carried out.
To exercise them, write to us at the address given above, setting out your request. We reply within one month. Proof of identity may be requested where there is reasonable doubt.
Complaint to a supervisory authority
If you consider that your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), or with the authority in your country of residence.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access and disclosure, in particular by limiting access to those who need it.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in our practices or in the regulations. The date of the last update appears below.
