Born in France, I've lived in Andalusia since I was 17. Over the years I've come to know Spanish administration inside out, along with all the small details that decide whether a move goes smoothly… or doesn't.
Bilingual and immersed in the local culture for a long time now, what I enjoy most is sparing you the traps and the scams that newcomers so often run into.
Andalusian through and through, and a hands-on man in the building trade. Buying, putting a project together, renovation, maintenance: I know the best trades around here and the estate agencies you can work with calmly.
My job is to make sure your project is in good hands, from the first brushstroke to the finishing touches — and that nobody takes advantage of the fact that you don't speak Spanish yet.
What we believe
We take no commission from an agency, a developer or a bank. You're our only client, so your interest is our only criterion. If a property is overpriced, we'll say so.
Every important document is translated and explained before you sign. If one sentence is still unclear, we go over it again. As many times as it takes.
Some procedures are simple and you can handle them yourself. We'd rather say so and keep your trust than bill you for thin air.
Once the keys are in your hand, life carries on: building work, surprises, upkeep. The same contact is still reachable, and already knows your file.

Our patch
We're based in Málaga and we work along the entire coast. In practice that means we can be there for a viewing, an appointment or a site meeting without it turning into an expedition.
