Most of our clients don't live here yet, or not all year round. Our job is to make sure that changes nothing about the quality of the result.

Why are these services reserved for your clients?
Because they rest on trust and on knowing your file. Running a project remotely for someone we know nothing about doesn't work. Once you've been through one of our packages we know your property, your budget, your habits and your constraints — so we can make good decisions quickly on your behalf.
Do you carry out the work yourselves?
No, and that's deliberate. Cristhian comes from the building trade: his role is to choose the right trades, control the quality and hold the schedule and budget. You have one point of contact — us — and we deal with the companies.
How does a quote work?
We visit the property, listen to what you want, then have it priced by the trades we work with. You receive the quote translated and explained line by line. It's free and commits you to nothing.
Can you look after my property while I'm not in Spain?
Yes. It's one of the most frequent requests, in fact. Regular visits, letting trades in, handling the unexpected, meter readings and post: we shape the arrangement around your rhythm and keep you informed.
